Our Terms and Conditions are as follows:
- We require a 10% deposit at time of booking. The balance can be paid upon arrival;
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card;
- The credit card holder must be one of the travelers of the party;
- Minimum age to register is 18 years;
- Change in booking or cancellations must be made in written notice by email to info@amaresa.nl;
- Check in time is from 2PM. Check out time is at 12PM/ noon;
- A late check-out can be booked on the basis of availability for 50% of the room price;
- An extra bed can be placed in the AC Rooms and costs 500 THB per night;
- We do not allow pets in the rooms or bungalows;
- Smoking in the rooms or bungalows is prohibited, smoking is allowed outside and in the public areas.
- Our standard cancellation policy is as follows: 30 days in advance or more: full amount refunded. 14 days in advance or more: 50% refunded. A cancellation less than 14 days in advance is non-refundable. Due to the exceptional situation of the Covid-19 pandemic and the uncertainty created in the possibilities to travel, we have adapted our cancellation policy. We have relaxed the terms for refund to 14 days in advance for a full refund and 7 days for a refund of 50% of the payment.
